1) What is dreamdubai.store?
We are a Bahrain‑based online store (est. 2025) offering curated products with fast local delivery and GCC shipping.

2) Do you ship outside Bahrain?
Yes. We ship across the GCC via trusted couriers (e.g., Aramex/DHL/UPS). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs.

3) How long does delivery take within Bahrain?
Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

4) How much is shipping?
Inside Bahrain: flat fee [X BHD] or free for orders over [Y BHD].
GCC: rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

5) How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also view status under My Account → Orders.

6) Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, we can’t change the address/items, but we’ll advise the best next step.

8) Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is SSL‑encrypted and processed through PCI‑aligned payment gateways. We don’t store full card details on our servers.

9) Do you offer first‑time buyer discounts?
Yes — first‑time customers enjoy 25% off the first order (limited time; terms apply). Enter the code NEW25 at checkout.

10) Why was my card declined?
Common reasons include insufficient funds, 3‑D Secure verification failure, or bank restrictions on online/foreign payments. Try another method or contact your bank.

11) What is your return window?You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.

12) How do I request a return?Message us on WhatsApp (+973 36880033) or email dreamdubaibh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll guide you through pickup or drop‑off.

13) Which items are non‑returnable?Personal care/cosmetics once opened, customized items, clearance “final sale” items, and products showing wear or missing accessories.

14) When will I receive my refund?After inspection, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping/COD fees are non‑refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

15) My order arrived damaged/incorrect — what should I do?Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.

16) Are your products original?
Yes. We purchase only from authorized suppliers. If authenticity is ever in doubt, we will resolve it or issue a full refund under our policy.
