📦 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, or manuals

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened cosmetics or personal care products

• Digital downloads or gift cards

• Customized or personalized items

• Final sale or clearance items

🔁 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items that are:

• Defective or damaged upon delivery

• Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product sent)

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

   • Reason for return/exchange

   • Photo/video (if item is damaged or incorrect)

3. We will guide you through pickup or drop-off arrangements.

🌍 International Returns

If you’re outside Bahrain, returns may be subject to additional shipping fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

• dreamdubai.store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

• Please ensure the return is safely packed to avoid damage during transit
